About this house

Charming room in a single-family house two minutes from the metro line 6 five stations in Ciudad Universitaria and fifteen minutes by bus from the center of Madrid. The buses next to the door of the house are: 55, 119, 25. The room is very sunny, with the possibility of putting a table for study. It also has beautiful views of the gardens. The house belongs to a protected historic neighborhood of the city of Madrid. In the garden you can have breakfast on sunny days and stroll through the streets of this unique neighborhood of Madrid. The house is surrounded by three large parks where you can walk, play sports or go sunbathing. One of them is a historical park in Madrid "Pradera de San Isidro" from which you can see impressive views of the old town of the city.
