Ideal para jóvenes estudiantes o profesionales, esta propiedad cuenta con 135 m² distribuidos en 6 habitaciones, 2 baños, una cocina totalmente equipada y una terraza en el piso superior para disfrutar del aire libre. El apartamento está en la tercera planta de un edificio sin ascensor. Además, cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción eléctrica y conexión a internet. La comunidad actual está formada por chicos y chicas entre 20 y 29 años que estudian, creando un ambiente joven y dinámico. Ofrecemos varias opciones de pago: transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito, PayPal y efectivo. El check-in se realiza directamente en el apartamento y el check-out incluye una tasa de limpieza de salida que se descontará del depósito.
