The Saint Louis University In Spain is not too far from this flat. How awesome is that? In this amazing neighbourhood, you can't get bored! Plus, it's the ideal spot to make plenty of new friends and start a new chapter of your life.\r\n\r\nThis lovely apartment has four bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The location is great, but the ground floor apartment is always LOUD. The bedrooms are a great size. The landlord has been an issue. We never hear back in a timely manner, they don't seem to care. In the first two weeks the electricity shut off 4 times, the oven didn't work and neither did the sink.
