Madrid is an awesome place to come and continue your academic studies, as the European Capital of Culture, here you're certainly going to find plenty of interesting things to see and learn. For now though, let's focus on your accommodation, and for that, we have this great looking apartment located in Lavapiés, next to the metro station with the same name. The flat is ideally located, close to many shops, restaurants and other local amenities, as well as several universities such as Universidad Carlos III de Madrid: Campus Madrid - Puerta de Toledo and UPM: Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería y Diseño Industrial. Nearby, you'll also find quite a few neat points of interest such as Real Jardín Botánico!\r\nThe apartment consists of eight bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Charming, well located and with a very homely atmosphere, this place has everything you might need to have a great experience abroad. \r\n\r\nKeep in mind that the landlord will only accept bookings from tenants between the age of 18 until 30 years old.\r\n\r\nGet ready to have a memorable academic adventure! Bed linen and towels are NOT included. the mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
