The flat was really well situated. It was not really new and lot of equipments were not that good. The landlord was ok she just came for the rent one per month. There is someone that is taking care of the flat which is good, also there is a clean-lady for the trash and the common area which is nice.

I loved that I had amazing roommates. Everyone in the building is young and ready to party while also going to school. Sol was near by and many stores were open throughout the day. The apartment is in Malasana which is probably the best little town in Madrid. Small coffee shops and mom and pop shops opening up near by. Cute scenery. I did not like my landlord. And if you have a room that touches the main street, you will always be hearing noise outside no matter what time of day.
