The apartment is modern and wide - it features a total of twelve bedrooms, three common bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. All bedrooms are very comfortable, welcoming and come with all the necessary amenities for your student needs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the needed appliances for the ideal self-catering experience with your flatmates and the living room may look simple, but it sure is a nice place for you and your flatmates to hang out!
Attention: From the 1st of May to the 31st of July, this landlord has different rental conditions. For bookings during these months, the admin fee will not be charged if your booking is maximum until 31st of August. Also, the deposit is fixed at 300€ and bills will be 30€ per month.
