Apartamento moderno,totalmente reformado, muy luminoso compuesto de 1 dormitorio independiente con armario empotrado de gran capacidad, salón amueblado con sofá, cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y menaje, armario de gran almacenaje y baño .Dispone de tarima flotante, bomba de frío - calor, puerta blindada , halógenos...Muy bien comunicado a 5 minutos en metro de Sol y de la zona de los museos, teatros y musicales y con metro y autobuses en la puerta y cerca de RENFE y terminal de autobuses, facil a acceso en coche por la M-30. En avenida comercial con tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes de todo tipo,justo enfrente del apartamento una de las mejores pizzerías napolitanas .Se entrega con ropa de cama ,toallas y productos de limpieza ,aspirador, tendedero, plancha ,wifi con fibra de alta velocidad de 500Mb. Estancia máxima 11 meses No admiten niños ni mascotas

Its a very modern apartment, nice finishings in the home. The square outside is a little noisy but overall in a great location.
