Located in a very quiet street in one of the best areas of Lisbon, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are 3 minutes walk away. Fully furnished, ready to move in & freshly painted in November 2023 -Bright and spacious living room with direct access to a wide terrace with magnificent views, outdoor furniture and cushions -Equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge, frizzer, cooking basics, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, coffee machine and kettle. -Bedroom with double bed 160cm x 200 cm and direct access to a second terrace with beautiful views on Lisbon roofs -Bedsheets, towels, pillows and duvets are provided -Outdoor roller blinds, the apartment can be made 100% dark for a comfortable sleep -Walk-in closet with hangers, drawers and baskets -Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet + washing machine -Wifi -Hot water and heating -Please be aware that the apartment is located on the 4th floor without a lift, it's not suitable for reduced mobility persons
