More about the contractThe place has an extraordinary location and very good overall conditions. The landlord is extremely helpful and nice. The kitchen does get a lot hot if the sun is bright and the balcony room gets very cold in the winter (but you can add a heater). Overall 8.5/10 I recommend it.
