You will enjoy the convenience of having various types of shops on your doorstep, parking and elevator in the building. The apartment is completely renovated with new furniture, wireless internet and TV point in each room. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator and large freezer. Condominium, cable TV, internet, water and electricity expenses are already included. Gas to be divided by tenants. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two are rented to young workers two very friendly and polite guys.
