Moved out in January 2019 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateWe have the common area as showed in the pictures but at first it was full of other things so we had to ask the landlord to take it away. My room is next to the kitchen so it´s a bit annoying it is also super hot in the morning because it is located to the east, and it will be super cold in the winter. You have to walk at least 20 minutes to get to the closest train or metro station. The double bed is a sofa-bed from ikea. We also had only one shower the whole month because the other one was broken.

Moved out in January 2019 · 20 to 29 years · PostgraduateUnfortunately, this flat is a nightmare. Moving in, we had a tube lack such that we were not permitted to use any water for several days. Additionally, the conditions of furnitures is not as stated. Unmounted cabinets, bed bugs in the rooms, a lot of mold in the kitchen and in the rooms impede a normal cohabitation. In addition, they just provide you with bedding not matching to the bedsheets. Trying to contact the landlord, they normally do not answer. Finally, they refused to refund us for all the inconvenient issues. There is no service available. Due to the multitude of problems, a relaxed housing was not possible for me. Regrettably, those aspects overshadow my impression of Lisbon as a beautiful city and will linger in my memory.
