This studio is located in the Santa Catarina neighbourhood and features a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. This may be your new home away from home. It is located in the very heart of Lisbon, 500mts from the Baixa/Chiado metro station and 400mts from ISEG university. It features an exclusive and independent entrance from the other apartments in the building. Fully furnished and equipped: full bathroom, built-in kitchen, spacious living room and bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, with hob, microwave oven, fridge and thermo-accumulator. It also has a tv, wi-fi, wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, heater, laundry and dryer machine. A 2-month rent deposit is to be provided at check-in, which will be transferred back at check-out.
