F3 completely renovated, no. 1 andar of a typical Lisbon building. It will be in an acolhedora and conchegante accommodation near the city center. The apartment is in a quiet street for pedestrians, near the Campo Martires da Pátria parks and Miradouro do Jardim do Torel and its open air pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and an extendable bedroom, a bright living room/dining room with Wifi, TV by box, Android box, Bluetooth soundbox. Cozinha equipped with oven, electric oven, coffee machine, washing machine. Bathroom with shower and massage shower. It will benefit from a central location, 10 minutes from Avenida da Liberdade and Baixa. Lots of shops, restaurants, ice cream shop and supermarket 400m away. Ideal for an expatriate and his family for a stay of 2 to 24 months. Pets are not alowed. Two month deposit.
