Next to FMH - Faculdade de Motricidade Humana, Arquiparque, Accenture, Air Liquide. Also accessible to Lusíada University and the Ajuda University Campus. The price includes water, gas, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning of common areas. NOTE: bed linen and towels may be provided for 40 euros, single payment, non-refundable. NOTE that for bookings of less than 6 months requiring a registered contract, the landlady will charge the official registry tax, equivalent to 10 per cent of one month's rent.
