Moved out in December 2019 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateBig room with a firdge and a freezer included. The bed was big and confortable. The desk okey, with a chair not confortable.The rest was really old, with the wooden floor very damaged (even ants came out sometimes). The kitchen and the bathroom were really old, and clearly needed a big reform (all the house to be honest). I missed a living room or common area, because the small kitchen (with a small table with two chairs) was the only one. In regard of the location, it is perfect (the reason why I stayed there for the whole period). The neighbourhood was full of shops, bars and restaurants, and the metro station of Alameda is 1 minute walking (with red and green line). Going to places around the city was easy and fast.
