Moved out in June 2019 · 20 to 29 years · UndergraduateI was staying in this flat for almost 5 months during my term abroad. Before I booked the room there weren't any reviews. That's why I am sharing my experience. The flat is in a very residential neighbourood. You have common shops of daily life nearby (cafés, supermarkets, barbers, foodshops, pharmacy, etc...), the nearest supermarket is not even 30 seconds away from the flat. It should be clear that this flat is not in the centre of Lisbon but this is exactly what i liked because you get to know the normal life of portuguese people outside the centre. However the flat is not direclty in the centre you have a bus station just in front of the house that takes you in 10 minutes to portugals biggest shopping mall "colombo" and in 30 minutes to the city centre. Also you can use the train station which you can reach by 8 minutes of walking and another 9 minutes of drive (2 stations). So you will be in the centre within 20 Minutes. The landlord is very nice and was always open and reachable for any concerns or questions regarding everything around the flat. The best of the flat was the amazing view from my room! The sun is shining into the room from 12 a.m. until it goes down with a beautiful sunset every day. Last but not least the price is acceptable for this kind of flat because you would pay a lot more for a room with this endowment in the centre. I truly can recommend the flat and my room without any doubts.
