This very elegant mini apartment is super close to the river, precisely located in the Jewish district! The studio apartment is equipped with a double bed and an armchair bed. The place is composed of: a common hallway with the other mini apartment, hallway, an open space (living area) with a kitchen annex and a bed area, private bathroom. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. There is a service of weekly cleaning available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The Lessors offer hand-sanitisers and disinfectants, home sanitisers, gloves, anti-smog masks, surgery masks. The Lessor offers as well board games and flexible contracts of lease. There is a very good internet WiFi connection in the apartment (good and stable broadband connection and unlimited data transmission). The double bed is new and very comfortable (the size of the mattress is 140×200 cm). There is NO elevator in the building. The bills are not included in the price of the monthly rent.
