There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The flat is fully furnished and located between the Jewish quarter and the Old Town. The place is just few seconds walk from the Wawel castle. The bus/tram stops are just 2 minutes walks from the building. There are 2 beds: The first bed is a double size sofa-bed suitable for 1 or 2 people (the sofa-bed is located in the living-room); the second big bed is a double size bed for a couple (the bed is located in the bedroom). There is a very good internet WiFi connection (fiber connection). This is a one-bedroom apartment made of a hallway, living room, kitchen, bathroom and cozy bedroom. The flat is fully furnished and located between the Jewish quarter and the Old Town. The place is just few seconds walk from the Wawel castle. The bus/tram stops are just 2 minutes walks from the building. The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities/bills in the value of one month calculated in excess. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent. Please note there is cleaning fee before move in of 120 PLN.
