Located on the second floor (no elevator – 57 steps), the apartment is in Chiasso Ricasoli, steps from the Uffizi and Piazza della Signoria. The area offers many shops and great restaurants, including Antico Vinaio. The open-plan living area has interior views, a sofa bed, TV, table for four, two poufs, and a small kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven and Nespresso. A staircase leads to a mezzanine with a French bed and walk-in wardrobe. Bathroom with shower; utility room with top-loading washer. Monthly utilities should be paid each month depending on consumption. The client be able to see the status of consumption upon arrival by reading the meter with our local colleague and accordingly the cost will be determined following the rates below: Electricity: 0.35 € per kWh Gas: 1.50 € per cubic meter Water: 3.00 € per cubic meter
