RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement). If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance. Check-in hours: every day from 3pm to 9pm Check-out hours: at 11am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros). It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and it is ideal for visiting the historic centre of Florence on foot, for business trips or to attend fairs and events. It is located in the Santa Maria Novella district, in a residential area just outside the ZTL. It is close to the historic centre, the station and the Fortezza da basso, home of conventions and international fairs. The apartment is located in an elegant Florentine building on the second floor with lift. It completely overlooks the inner courtyards and, despite its central location, it enjoys absolute tranquillity, ideal for relaxing after days of sightseeing and strolling around the city centre. It consists of 2 large rooms: a bright and comfortable living room with TV table, chairs, a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a double bed and a kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you wish. spacious and romantic double bedroom, decorated in warm colours, with stylish wardrobe and TV, a spacious bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the apartment. It also has Wi-fi, heating and air conditioning. Ideal for couples or families, as well as for smart business people, the district offers everything you may need during your stay. The tram stop, which takes you to the city centre in just a few minutes, is less than 100 metres away, while the historic centre and its main attractions, such as the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, can be reached on foot in 20 to 30 minutes. Within walking distance you will find: bank, pharmacy, bars, pastry shops, ice-cream parlours, pizzerias, typical and ethnic restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, laundry, bus stop.Nearby are the Fortezza da Basso, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the Teatro Comunale and the Leopolda. In 20/30 minutes on foot you reach:- Santa Maria Novella Station- Historical centre- Fortezza Da Basso exhibition centre- Palazzo dei Congressi- Leopolda Station- The new Opera House- Stibbert Museum- Orti del Parnaso and Giardino dell'Orticoltura
