The house has 3 large rooms, one with a private bathroom, each with two single beds and a shared bathroom - reserved exclusively for female students. The common areas include a modern, fully equipped kitchen, two balconies, and a panoramic terrace on the top floor. There is a flat fee of €90 per month for utilities (subject to adjustment).
