This welcoming oasis is ideal for couples or small families. After a day exploring the city, you’ll look forward to returning to this enchanting three-room apartment in the heart of Florence’s historic center. Interior Description A delightful and modern 50 sqm apartment with three rooms and two terraces, recently renovated and tastefully furnished. A small, elegant entryway connects to the living room and main terrace. The modern living room features a traditional Tuscan ceiling with exposed wooden beams and two bright windows (with mosquito screens) overlooking the terrace. It is furnished with a double bed (140 cm wide), a double sofa bed (140 cm wide), a foldable wall desk, and a dining table for four (which can be folded away to create more space). The kitchen includes a skylight window, two induction burners, oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and all the essential utensils for cooking and dining. The bathroom offers a sink, toilet, spacious shower, skylight window, and a storage area for cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, and household products. Air Conditioning & Heating: the apartment is equipped with an air conditioning split unit for the summer months, complemented by a fan; and an electric radiator for winter. Hot water in the bathroom is provided by an electric boiler.
