IT IS COMPULSORY TO BE IN POSSESSION OF AN ITALIAN TAX CODE Cozy 30 sqm studio apartment with private patio, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the ground floor (steps inside) of a period building in good condition. The property is located within San Frediano district, an extremely quiet and residential area, but at the same time lively and well served, just a few minutes away from the city center. If you're travelling by car it is possible to park (for a fee) at Tiratoio garage, 3 minutes away on foot. *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The studio is organized as follows: -LIVING / SLEEPING AREA: double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe and dining table -KITCHENETTE: 2 electric plates, compact fridge, microwave, kettle and moka -PATIO: private patio with outdoor furniture and umbrella. Please pay attention to the steps -BATHROOM: shower, sink and toilet OTHER SERVICES: independent heating with electric radiators, iron, hairdryer The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests. The apartment is located within the historic San Frediano district, in a quiet position, but at the same time close to Florence city center. The district is full of life, with cultural events, markets and small craft shops as well as all the main services, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment, few minutes away from the historic center of Florence, is also 10 minutes' walk away from Piazza di Santo Spirito, one of the main meeting places in the city and where the local market takes place, and from Palazzo Pitti. We will provide you with useful tips that will make your stay in Florence even more interesting and safe. In case of problems or questions, we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law.
