The Villa is located in the Chianti area amongst the hills of the Tuscan countryside. Perfect place for groups in the heart of the Chianti area , in a wonderful 20 century historic villa. The venue provides the possibility to large families or group of friends to experience a dream stay in Tuscany. The place has one bedroom on the first floor, kitchen, living-room, bathroom with extra handicapped bathroom, on the second floor are 4 spacious bedrooms each one has private bathroom , with large windows each with a private attic overlooking the surrounding of relaxing view of the villa framed by the cypress trees. Not included in the price bills for electricity equal to 300 euros and gas equal to 300 euros per month.
