Bright and welcoming, this apartment on the second floor of a building with lift represents an ideal residence for those who wish to live in Florence. With a capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, this property offers an excellent combination of space, comfort and practicality. The large living area is the center piece of this apartment, offering a convivial and versatile environment that extends through the lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This open space is perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The three double bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished and offer a variety of accommodation options, with one bedroom featuring two single beds and two bedrooms featuring a double bed. The two complete bathrooms, both with shower, guarantee comfort for all guests. A balcony offers an outdoor space where you can enjoy the Florentine climate and relax in the open air. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
