This is a very bright apartment surrounded by greenery for 5 people, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and large terrace with pleasant views. The apartment is located in the residential area of Florence called Coverciano. Apartment on the first floor, bright and quiet, composed of: two bedrooms, a master double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds which can be joined together if desired; two bathrooms with shower, living room with double sofa bed overlooking a large terrace with dining table, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, oven, toaster, coffee pod machine, microwave, dishwasher. The kitchen is connected to a large dining room with a mezzanine where there is another living room with sofa and TV. The apartment has an exclusive parking space. Great place to stay in a quiet and peaceful place with pleasant views of the hills of Florence.Reserved parking space inside the property. Free WIFI. Access to the apartment is independent. In a few minutes by car you can reach the supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Right near the apartment there is also the Sports Center and headquarters of the Italian Football Federation, a sports facility which also has a football museum inside. Four kilometers away you reach Fiesole, an ancient Etruscan site from which you can see all of Florence. Possibility of organizing tastings of fine wines with an expert sommelier, for a fee. IMPORTANT: The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement). If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance. Check-in hours: every day from 3pm to 9pm Check-out hours: at 11am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).
