You will find everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs, including a microwave oven to heat up dishes quickly. The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, with cosy beds, where you can rest and regenerate to better face the adventures that await you. The bathroom, complete with shower and bidet, offers you everything you need for a pleasant moment of relaxation and personal care. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, so you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay. The large space and brightness of the apartment create an inviting environment, perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying the magic of Florence. Whether you are traveling with the family or with a group of friends, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the two double beds available. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
