Here you will find a spacious and bright environment. It is the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring the artistic and cultural wonders that Florence has to offer. Take your time to enjoy the comfort of the sofa and let the warmth of the environment envelop you. The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your favorite meals. The house has many appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine; you will have everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs during your stay. The double bedroom offers a haven of peace and tranquillity; the comfortable double bed invites you to a restful sleep. You will find enough space to store your belongings and you will immediately feel that this is the place where you can regenerate every night. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and a bathtub, offers you an oasis of well-being. Take advantage of a relaxing bath to completely regenerate after a busy day. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
