In the heart of Florence, in the typical San Frediano neighborhood of the Oltrarno, immerse yourself in the history and magic of the city cradle of the Renaissance. Not included in the rental price are the expenses of 150 euros per month for the condominium and the cost of the tourist tax of 6 euros per day for the first 7 days for each tenant. A payment of 120 euros for cleaning costs is required upon arrival. The view of the majestic Basilica of Santa Maria del Carmine, the precious wooden ceilings and the fine and elegant furnishings will accompany you on your journey through time, immersed in the unparalleled beauty of our city. The 70-square-meter house is tastefully and elegantly furnished with new and antique furniture and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and smart TV 49, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a French bed and a single bed. The bright and recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor of an old building. From here you can easily reach all points of interest in the city.
