Modern apartment for rent in Florence in via Gui a stone's throw from the Cascine Park, the Visarno Arena and the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Theater. The property is located on the fourth floor of a very modern building with a lift. The apartment consists of a large and bright living area divided between the living room and the kitchen, the master bedroom, a second double bedroom and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). The apartment is completed by a large terrace from which you can admire the dome of the Florence Cathedral in the distance. If you choose this apartment you will have Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine and everything you need for cooking. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. There's a set price for water bills of €35 per month, however if the bill overcomes this set price, the guest is required to pay for the difference. Internet is €30 per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
