Modern and bright loft located in the historic center of Florence a short distance from the Fortezza da Basso and Piazza San Marco. The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a modern building and enjoys a very good location within easy reach of many monuments and museums. Ruote Stylish Loft is spread over two levels and consists of a kitchen with living room, two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower. In all, up to 4 guests can stay here. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher, TV and everything needed for cooking. Thanks to its characteristics, this house will be able to guarantee you a pleasant stay both in the case of a short stay and during a longer stay. Bills aren't included. Internet is €30 per month. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. Guests are required to pay for Florence tourist tax (€4 per night for seven nights at most) to be paid in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 are exempt.

How Public Transportation works in Florence?
