Located on the ground floor in via Barbera, the residential neighborhood of Rifredi plays home to Stibbert apartment. Ideal both for long term and vacation rentals, this house has been fully renovated and remodled in modern style with every possible comfort. The living area is composed by a nice living room with double sofa bed and TV and well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and much more. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a second single pulled-out bed. The interior of this house is completed by a small service space and two bathrooms with shower. Capable of comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, the apartment has autonomous heating. Please note: Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. The admin fee also includes the final cleaning which is to be paid upon check-in.
