Prestigious apartment for rent in Florence in the central Via dell'Oriuolo a stone's throw from the Duomo and all the main monuments of Florence. The house is located on the first floor of a magnificent historic building with a lift. Furnished with great taste, with a nice mix of ancient and modern elements, the apartment consists of large common areas, living room, dining room and kitchen, two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one with tub and one with shower. The house also has two terraces, one of which is very large, which overlooks a garden. The perfect location in the heart of Florence, the wide spaces and the numerous comforts are the business cards of this exceptional family. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and everything needed for cooking. Please note: Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. How Public Transportation works in Florence?
The best way to get around Florence is on foot. The city centre is not very large and is full of monuments and amazing things to see. The local transport companies are ATAF and LI-NEA.
