Brand new apartment, completely renovated, located in the heart of the splendid San Frediano district in Florence. Located on the first floor, this house consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house and are both equipped with two beds one with two single beds and one with a double bed. At the center of the house we find the living area which is divided between the living room and the kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa and TV, the kitchen has an oven and everything needed for cooking. The bathroom has a shower and bidet. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and washing machine. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.

How Public Transportation works in Florence?
