Prestigious apartment for rent in Florence, located in via dei Calzaiuoli a stone's throw from the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. Duomo Prestige has been completely renovated with great attention to every detail, using high quality materials and modern design furnishings. The house has a large and bright living area divided between a relaxation area with sofa and TV and a dining area with table and kitchen. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace, equipped with an outdoor table and oven, ideal for dining outside while enjoying a great view of Brunelleschi's Dome and Giotto's bell tower. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both with a view of the Duomo, and a modern bathroom with shower and bidet. Perfect for hosting a family or two couples of friends, this apartment has been equipped with everything you need to ensure you have a comfortable stay in Florence. Here you will have air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. Please note: Final cleaning €70 Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months we will ask the guest to send us the meter reading monthly, so that you do not have to pay a high value at the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control.
