The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building from the 1600s, near the Basilica of Santa Croce and the Uffizi, a few steps from the faculty of architecture, the Academy of Fine Arts, IED, FIDI, Accademia Riaci, Marangoni Institute , Polimoda and NewYork film Academy Florence. There is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything needed for eating and cooking, there is a pleasant living room with sofa and TV, bathroom with shower and bidet. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed. There are air conditioning, wi-fi, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, toaster and microwave. The heating is autonomous. You will have the advantage of staying in the heart of the city, close to fine restaurants, famous night clubs and being close to various culturale sities.In short, what awaits you is a unique and fascinating place in a privileged location!!!
