This apartment is located on the second floor of an typical building set on Via dei Macci, a lively street that arrives right at the San Ambrogio square, with the lovely farmers market and plenty of cafè and amazing restaurants. The location is absolutely silent and quite, the access is thru a private court. The place has been recently refreshed, with great attention to detail and in maintaining the rustic, typical features of Florentine traditional homes beautiful wooden ceilings and antique furniture items. The entrance consist of a corridor leading to the apartment's different rooms. The living area is spacious, equipped with a flat screen TV, two couches and a coffee table. Adjunct there is the kitchen area with a large dining table. The apartment has also two double bedrooms, and a renewed bathroom, fitted with a glass shower. A/C And WiFI High speed connection available. The cost of all the utilities are fixed at 250 euros per month, which will be double checked by the landlord at the end of the contract and the difference will be either returned to the tenant or paid to the landlord.
