Grande cucina abitabile con balcone avente pilozzo e fili per stendere i panni, lavatrice, lavastoviglie microonde, nespresso, WIfi con fibra aria condizionata e TV in tutte le stanze. 2 bagni con grandi docce, 1 con doppio lavandino. Appartamento situato a pochi metri dalla tramvia che raggiunge il centro storico in 10/15 minuti. All'Ateneo di San donato é possibile recarsi a piedi o con 2 fermate di tramvia. Pulizia della casa 1 volta a settimana.
