Casa Tram Tram is located at the foot of the T1 line of the Florence tramway between the two stops of Sansovino and Batoni and a few minutes from the ISIA institute in Florence. Also with the tramway in a few minutes you can easily reach the Scandicci Polimoda and the Polimoda in Florence. The apartment has an independent entrance, finely furnished, equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, crockery, linen and towels. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The rental price includes all utilities gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The TV is equipped with NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO!!!!

I loved the place, I could not believe that it was exactly as the photos or even better. Everything new, a wonderful shower, bedroom, kitchen with washmachine and drymachine. The landlords were also just wonderful, very nice and polite. I strongly recommend the appartment.
