Are you looking for the ideal stay in beautiful Florence and want to live in the countryside This house not far from the center could be what you are looking for. The property looks like a small cottage and is an annex to a main house. Here you will find a bedroom, a bathroom and a SMALL KITCHEN IN A PORCH OPEN TO THE GARDEN as visible in the photos. Electricity costs not included in the rental price have to be paid monthly. The cost of using the washing machine is 5 euros per wash. Outside, there is a very large and attractive garden! Guests are required to clean the apartment frequently or to agree with the landlady for a cleaning service for the tenants.

The best way to get around Florence is on foot. The city centre is not very large and is full of monuments and amazing things to see. The local transport companies are ATAF and LI-NEA. A ticket can be bought at newsstands, tobacconists, or any shop with an "ATAF" sticker in the window, and it is valid for 90 minutes. Always remember to validate your ticket by stamping it when boarding the bus.
