Large public park just a few steps away. NB: Mandatory cleaning fees twice a month for the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) charged to each tenant at 20 euros per month!! Utility expenses amount to 150 euros per month and are inclusive of electricity, gas, heating, water, condominium cleaning, WIFI and waste tax. The security deposit is equivalent to two months' rent, so in the case of two people in a single room, this is equivalent to 1500 euros.
