Modern studio apartment of about 30sqm located on the ground floor of a building in the historic center of Bologna. Recently renovated to the smallest details, it consists of a single room that has the dual function of living and sleeping area. The living area is completed with a small single sofa bed, a modern dining table, as well as a flat-screen TV. Completing the room is a functional kitchenette including all appliances and a full bathroom with shower. The finishes and furnishings create a very functional environment even with generous storage space for longer stays. The apartment is ideal for couples and for those who want to be in the heart of the city, but in a very quiet residential context. N.B.
