The apartment is a modern two-bedroom apartment of over 85sqm with a spacious loggia balcony that is located on the fourth floor of a building near the Bologna Fair and the train station. It consists of a very bright living area with a functional kitchenette adjacent to the living room, but separated functionally. A convenient hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The kitchen, spacious enough for breakfast or a quick meal, is complete with appliances and every necessary accessory for food preparation, allowing guests maximum flexibility in mealtimes. The extremely versatile furnishings make the apartment ideal for couples, families or business trips while being able to count on all the comforts of a hotel suite. N.B.
