Lovely studio apartment with balcony, in the heart of the historic center of the beautiful city of Bologna and a stone's throw from Via del Pratello. The house is located on the first floor of a building without lift, and consists of a single room where guests will find all amenities to have a comfortable stay. Once through the entrance, on the left is the kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. On the right is the dining table and a shelf unit where you can store your belongings. Next, set opposite a cabinet with a television, is a comfortable queen-size bed with a spacious wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and balcony completes the layout. During their stay our guests will benefit from free wifi, air conditioning and heating. The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.
