Nice and very central one-bedroom apartment in Bologna. It is located on the 1st floor of an elegant Bolognese building (without lift) with concierge service, located in a strategic position, just outside the limited traffic area, a stone's throw from the train station and Via Indipendenza. Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain the operation of the equipment and deliver the keys. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for any event. This pleasant and functional apartment of approximately 45 sqm is ideal for those who want to experience the city center in an environment of serenity and privacy. Air conditioning is present with a portable unit and heating is centralized. The entrance door leads to a corridor that opens onto the living room, furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa and a vintage table capable of seating up to 4 people. The flat-screen TV is placed on the wall opposite the sofa. The living room leads to the kitchen, which is completely equipped and includes a column fridge, microwave, induction hob and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom, equipped with a large 4-door wardrobe, a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a smart working station. The room is illuminated by a large French window that overlooks the silent internal courtyard of the building. Finally, the bathroom is covered with white ceramics and has a bathtub with walk-in shower. Facilities: - Internet ADSL with Wi-Fi - Centralized heating - Air conditioning with a portable unit - 28” TV in the living room - Microwave, column fridge & induction hob - Kettle - Washing machine, clothes rack, iron & ironing board Area: Located in the historic center, a few minutes walk from the university area, the apartment allows you to reach on foot all the places of greatest interest in the historic center, from Via Indipendenza, the main street of Bologna, to Piazza Maggiore, the two Towers and all the other monuments in the center. The property is also strategically positioned to easily reach the train station and the Bologna Fair. Public transportation: Numerous buses pass along Via dei Mille, one of the main axes of public transport in Bologna, in the direction of the historic centre, the railway station and the Bologna fair. Parking: The apartment is just outside the limited traffic zone (ZTL). Parking along the road on the blue lines: free on Sundays and every night from 8.00pm to 8.00am; and for a fee during daytime hours on weekdays (red parking meters). A short distance away is the APCOA Piazza VIII Agosto underground car park, where it is possible to park indoors for EUR 22 every 24 hours, or weekly (EUR 100) or monthly (EUR 220) passes. Pets: Pets are allowed (EUR 20 plus VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).
