Your studio
Pleasant open space of about 50 sqm, very bright thanks to its large windows, it is located on the 1st floor (without a lift) of a residential building in the immediate vicinity of the Bologna Fair and offers an assigned parking space inside the condominium courtyard. Up to 4 guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels are provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality. This apartment was renovated in the spring of 2023 and is equipped with modern fixtures capable of guaranteeing optimal thermal and sound isolation. The air conditioning is present with a split, while the heating is centralized. The context is peaceful and quiet, in a green and well-served neighborhood, which allows you to quickly reach the historic center by car or public transport. The entrance is equipped with a piece of furniture, in which one area serves as a wardrobe and the other is for keeping the equipment intended for cleaning the property. The living area offers guests a double bed (140 x 200 cm), in front of which is the 32" Smart TV. In front of the open kitchen there is a dining table which can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen, made to measure within a niche in the living area, is fully equipped and comes with an oven, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle and induction hob. Although it is an open space, the areas are separated thanks to a wall. The area dedicated to sleep offers guests a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a practical smart-working station and a large wardrobe. The bathroom with window is covered with light ceramics, which create a nice contrast with the bright walls, and is equipped with a comfortable shower cabin and a washing machine. Equipment: - Centralized heating, air conditioning with independently adjustable split - Parking place assigned in the building's parking - ADSL Internet with WI-FI - Oven, induction hob, kettle & Nespresso - 32” Smart TV Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (EUR 4,60 per adult, per night. It is applied only on the first 5 nights). Area: The apartment is located in a highly strategic position as it is not far from the historic center (about 1.5 km), from the Sant'Orsola hospital and from the exit for the ring road, as well as a stone's throw from the Bologna Fair. The area is well served by public transport and also in terms of shops. Furthermore, along the adjacent via San Donato there is a supermarket and several restaurants (sushi, pizzerias, trattorias), and pubs. In the immediate vicinity of the condominium, we point out the presence of a very nice bar that serves tasty hot dishes and is excellent for a business lunch. Public transportation: Numerous buses pass along the adjacent via San Donato leading towards the centre (lines 20 - 60 - 93). In via Ferravilla, bus number 35 passes by and takes you to the Fair and to the train station. Parking: The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL) and has a large, uncovered parking space in the condominium parking lot. Pets: Pets are allowed (EUR 20 plus VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).
