Bright studio apartment with small terrace The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift in a residential area a few steps from the historic centre. The entrance opens directly onto the spacious open space which features an open kitchen equipped with comforts including a microwave and an espresso coffee machine, a dining table, a wall equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. A shower room completes the layout. The small terrace furnished with a small wooden table is perfect for enjoying a coffee in the open air. Free Wifi, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation. The apartment is located in the ZTL area, we recommend leaving the car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic center on foot. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. Bologna, known as the "Learned" as it is home to the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Red" color that characterizes the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce . Its soul resides in the medieval historic center which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic center is Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Do not miss the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. Impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, Bolognese sauce accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising all year round. The central train station is about 2 km away while the airport can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
