IMPORTANT: The security deposit and the administration fee, for the initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the landlord at the latest two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the impossibility of entering the flat. This is because the accommodation provider is a company according to their rules and the Italian law regulations to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trusted Landlord. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code to sign the rental contract. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one week before the check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Internet wi-fi, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the flat. If you exceed with gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement). If you wish to leave the flat earlier just let us know at least 21 days in advance. Check-in hours: every day from 3pm to 9pm Check-out hours: at 11am. EXTRA PAYMENT: Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to request the following payments: the security deposit, amounting to one month's rent plus the cleaning fee (cost starting from 175 euros).
