Price is all bills inclusive, in brand new wide bedroom with french bed in smart renovated apartment , this room shares bathroom with only one person wide terrace and private bicycle parking. The apartment is compleltely furnished and fully equipped. Common areas include hallway, wide dining room/brand new kitchen, 4 rooms and 3 bathroom, laundry with laundry machine, store room, wide terrace. very luminous and quiet as faced on private courts. Apart the deposit, at check in, the tenant has to only pay 160 euro for tax of contract registration, mentioned as admin fee
