For stays longer than 5 months, the security deposit will be equal to 3 monthly payments. Please note that the conclusion and registration of the contract has a variable cost depending on the length of stay. HOUSE RULES - It is not allowed to have guests in the house during the day - The landlord wants to keep the house clean and will visit the house once every 10 days. If a tenant does not respect maximum cleanliness, the contract will be considered concluded after the loss of the deposit. Expenses: Euro 50 per month TARI - 60 Euro per month total for condominium expenses - In the months when the heating is turned on, 400 Euro per month, - Electricity and water for consumption, bill view. Upon arrival, you must bring the deposit money in cash. In the event of an early departure, before the contract is concluded, the security deposit will not be returned. Please note that due to gas supply problems that could affect the heating, we suggest that all tenants wear fleece sheets and blankets and that they wear clothing appropriate to winter temperatures even inside the house. It is absolutely forbidden to bring bicycles and scooters into the room.
